Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

We ship exclusively within Canada on business days from our warehouse in Saint-Urbain Premier, Quebec. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped. Delivery times range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Any additional delays are the responsibility of the shipping service. In case of an unusual delay or a lost package, please contact them directly with your tracking number.

Product Returns

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return a product with a manufacturing defect.

Except in cases of administrative errors on our part, we do not offer refunds.

Return Procedure in Case of Manufacturing Defects

All returned items will be inspected. Defective items will be replaced with equivalent products. Please contact us before initiating a return at info@lazureinc.ca.

Return Conditions

  1. Accepted Returns:
    • Only for items with a manufacturing defect.
    • Proof of the defect (photos and description) is required to process your request.
  1. Non-Accepted Returns:
    • Returns and refunds are not available for a simple change of mind.
